What are Livqento crochet coin purses made from?

Are Livqento products handmade?
Many of our designs feature handcrafted or handmade-style crochet construction.
Because crochet products may involve manual finishing and textile craftsmanship, slight differences in stitching, shape, placement, texture, or measurements may occur between individual pieces.
These small variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not normally considered defects.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent each product accurately.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography lighting, production batches, yarn texture, and handmade finishing.
Small differences in stitching and decorative details may also occur.
Care & Use
How should I care for my crochet coin purse?
For best results, we recommend gentle care.
Avoid excessive pulling, stretching, friction, prolonged moisture, and exposure to sharp objects.
If cleaning is necessary, spot cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent is generally recommended unless different care instructions are provided with the product.
Allow the item to air dry naturally.
Can I machine wash my crochet purse?
Unless the individual product page specifically states that machine washing is suitable, we recommend hand cleaning or gentle spot cleaning.

What can I store inside the purse?

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
How long does delivery take?
For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link will be sent after your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Eligible orders totaling US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are displayed during checkout.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact service@livqento.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, clear photos of the product, and photos of the shipping packaging where relevant.
Our team will review the issue and help provide an appropriate solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my purchase?
Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with the original packaging and included accessories.
Can I exchange my purse for another design?
Please contact our customer service team.
If the requested design is available, we will explain the available options. In some situations, the simplest solution may be to return the original product and place a new order.
Can personalized products be returned?
Products that have been specifically personalized or customized for an individual customer may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
